Kennamer Serving as President of Authors' Association

Mike Kennamer, who serves as president/CEO of Kennamer Media Group, Inc., is currently serving as president of the Textbook and Academic Authors Association (TAA). TAA serves a diverse community of academic and textbook authors from all disciplines. Kennamer was elected to the post in 2015 and served as Vice President/President-elect from July 1, 2015 until June 30, 2017. His term as president runs from July 1, 2017 until June 30, 2019.

TAA sponsors an annual conference, publishes books about textbook and academic authoring, and maintains an active community of resources for authors. Membership is open to graduate students, faculty members, textbook authors, and industry professionals. The organization is governed by a council comprised of appointed and elected members.
